Phil Spencer was recently announced the head of the entire Xbox Division at Microsoft. Games first is a position that Spencer has already proclaimed, and a new interview between himself and Major Nelson reinforce the views of the new boss of Xbox. You can find the full interview below, with details about new Xbox One features going forward and what’s in-store for Xbox One fans at E3 2014 from Microsoft.

Spencer, active on Twitter is no stranger in getting feedback from the community, and doesn’t plan on stopping that because of the promotion.

“I want the two way dialogue. We hear what fans say. They have great ideas, and we should use that as an input to how we build our product. It sounds kinda corny, but even today, people are giving us feedback about (Xbox) Live, and where (Xbox) Live should go.

These are people that have been with us on this journey for many, many years. They’ve grown up with Xbox in their home, the great franchises that have been born on the platform, and they are really important people in terms of building our product vision.”

Spencer seems to have a lot of hope for the Xbox One at E3 2014, which is only two months away.
