Sony continues to pour it on with their PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection offerings to start off the new year. Subscribers to the service certainly will not be lacking for games to play in 2014, thanks to another month of games to add to their collections.

In January, PlayStation Plus subscribers will get a nice collection of AAA and indie titles. On the PlayStation 3, subscribers will get access to Bioshock Infinite, Devil May Cry, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. Three games that topped many game of the year lists in 2013.

Those who managed to find a PlayStation 4 this holiday season will also be getting another free title of the indie variety. Don’t Starve, an impressive indie survival title which arrived earlier this year.

PlayStation Vita owners won’t be left out either, Worms: Battle Islands and Smart As.. will be the next free games to hit the handheld. As usual, the games will stagger out at some time in January. Note that the above listing are for the U.S. PlayStation Plus subscribers.

In Europe, PS4 owners will still get Don’t Starve. PlayStation 3 owners will get Borderlands 2 instead of Bioshock Infinite, but Devil May Cry is still up for grabs. On the Vita, Soul Sacrifice and Blazblue Continuum Shift are on offer.

Certainly not a bad way to kick off the new year for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
