The PSN is currently down yet again this month. Multiple reports have come in that it’s down worldwide even after maintenance was done.
The PSN status website shows that everything is down right now. This includes Account Management, Gaming and Social, PlayStation Now, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Store and PlayStation Music. The only green part is PlayStation Vue.
Sony did do some maintenance, but this should have been finished already. You can see a lot of people are upset on Twitter that the network is down yet again for this month.
Network outrage also has made people on Reddit pretty angry too. As an individual living in New Zealand, I can confirm that the PlayStation Network is down for me too.
I get this message: “Cannot connect to the server within the time limit. There might have been a problem in connecting to the network or, PlayStation Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy”
If you own a PS3, PS Vita or PS4 and want to connect online, just play offline for the time being. We will let you know when the network is back up and running again. Hopefully services are back to normal soon.
Update: Ask PlayStation UK tweeted: All PSN services are now restored. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
