‘Put her the f*** down!’:’ Law & Order’ star’s frantic 911 call reveals what he witnessed outside his building

Real-life action scene in Jersey City.

George Pogatsia called 911 after he saw something scary happen outside his home in Jersey City Heights, New Jersey. The Law & Order actor was breathing hard and shouting while he talked to the emergency operator. TMZ got the audio recording through George, and you can hear how serious the situation was from the very start.

The call begins with George already running after someone. You can hear him gasping for air as he talks to the dispatcher and yells at the person he is chasing.

George told the operator what he saw when he got home from dinner with his wife. A man was carrying a woman over his shoulder, and the woman looked like she had too much to drink. George ran up to them and screamed at the man to put her the f*** down. The man dropped the woman right away and ran off.

This guy didn’t hesitate for a second

During the phone call, George tried to keep the operator updated on where everyone was as police were coming to help. He said the woman was upset but a male friend of hers got there soon after and stayed with her. George also made sure to tell the dispatcher that the man who tried to take her was still nearby and had not been caught.

George stayed right where everything happened so the police could find him easily. He wanted to show the officers the exact place where he saw the man carrying the woman. The situation is just one of several troubling stories coming from the entertainment industry recently, including the shocking sudden death of Michelle Trachtenberg.

The actor made it obvious during the call that he watched the whole thing and wanted to help the woman stay safe. By the time the police got there, the man had already run away, but George stopped what might have turned into something much worse.

TMZ broke the news first, and George talked to them afterward. He said his main concern was whether the woman was alright. He also said he was thankful he was there when it happened so he could do something about it. The 911 recording gives people a real sense of how wild and scary those few minutes were.

Everything happened right outside the building where George lives in Jersey City Heights. The audio backs up what George said about the attempted kidnapping. Nobody has caught the man yet, but George jumped in without thinking twice and probably stopped a serious crime.

This is not the only celebrity story making news lately, as YouTube star Jack Doherty was arrested in Miami on multiple charges after police found something during a search.
