One of the most popular TV shows right now is Rick and Morty, so of course they were going to expand to other mediums outside of TV, as they did last year when the VR game Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality was released for PC. It has been known for some time now that the game would eventually also come to PlayStation VR, but now we have a specific release date, as well as details about a physical Collector’s Edition.
In a post on the official PlayStation blog, it was recently revealed that the game will become available both digitally and at retail for PS VR on April 10, almost a year after its original release on PC. Along with the standard physical copy, there will also be a Collector’s Edition that includes the game itself, a Funko POP! Rick figurine and a two-sided poster. As a nod to the fact that the game is coming to a PlayStation console, one of the sides of this poster features artwork parodying another PlayStation title, The Last of Us, with Rick and Morty replacing Joel and Ellie.
As is the case of its PC counterpart, the PS VR version of the game will be $29.99. No price has been officially announced for the Collector’s Edition, however.
