Rumor: First WWE 2K17 Screenshots Leaked For Brock Lesnar And More

Some really good looking screenshots for WWE 2K17 may have just leaked online. They look pretty legitimate as the character models are different to WWE 2K16.

Credit goes to MainEventGames from YouTube as they somehow acquired the new WWE 2K17 screenshots. The screenshots show the Bella Twins, the Usos, Chris Jericho and of course Brock Lesnar.

It’s worth mentioning that this is confirmation that these wrestlers will be in the roster for the game. This is obvious as the men are all active members. Nikki Bella is just injured and Brie Bella is retired, although she is still in friendly terms with the company.

Due to the quality of the screenshots, it’s safe to say that they are from the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions usually look a lot inferior.

Aside from the wrestlers, the Brock Lesnar screenshot confirms that the WrestleMania 31 stage is back but in daytime. This will make it look cool as most of the arenas in past games have just been indoors or at nighttime.

To be on the safe side, we’re still saying this is a rumor until 2K Games releases new screenshots. It’s possible these are the new wrestlers that will be revealed later this week as IGN are doing weekly roster reveals.

Update: Screenshots are real and they are from IGN. You can look at the screenshots by watching the video below. It’s not long as it’s only 35 seconds.
