It appears Star Wars Battlefront’s Death Star DLC will be revealed next month during the Star Wars Celebration Europe event.
The official website initially had a listing confirming the attendance of EA at Star Wars Celebration Europe. The listing confirmed that the Death Star DLC will be talked about before it got removed.
Thankfully, Segment Next took screenshots of the leak and the EA Star Wars listing had “Star Wars Battlefront Death Star” written there. EA is also set to show more of The Old Republic and Galaxy of Heroes at the event too.
Bear in mind, this news should be categorized as a rumor until EA makes a proper announcement about it. Star Wars Celebration Europe is a big event, so it’s likely the leak is true. The Death Star DLC is reportedly going to come out in Fall 2016.
It will be the third paid DLC expansion for Star Wars Battlefront. After that, the fourth and final pack will be out in early 2017. All content will focus on the original trilogy only as the sequel is saving the new stuff.
Star Wars Celebration Europe is happening from July 15th until July 17th. Aside from gaming, we may hear more about Star Wars Rogue One and hopefully Episode 8.
