Darth Vader might be returning to the big screen for Star Wars: Rogue One. The legendary James Earl Jones is said to come back to voice the character.

As reported by MakingStarWars.net a new suit is being made for Star Wars: Rogue One and the voice for the character will be none other than James Earl Jones. Jones voiced the character in the original trilogy and is by far the best actor for the job.

It’s unknown who will be the guy in the suit. David Prowse was the original actor in the suit while Hayden Christensen wore it for a few minutes during the end of Revenge of the Sith. Prowse is 80 years old now so it’s likely Christensen could come back.

Star Wars: Rogue One is set just before the events of A New Hope where the Rebels are trying to steal the plans of the Death Star. During this time period, Darth Vader is still alive and well. The original stormtroopers are also returning for this film too.

Star Wars: Rogue One is being directed by Gareth Edwards and will be released in December 2016. Felicity Jones is the main star, and she is joined by the likes of Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen and more.
