Bethesda has rolled out update 1.5 for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on the Xbox 360.  Bethesda Game Studios has also said that the PlayStation 3 version of the patch is on the way, and could arrive “as early as this afternoon”.  PC players have had the latest patch for some time, and it brings some significant improvements to the Skyrim experience.

Notably, new kill-cams have been added to the mix, so you can expect your adventure in the land of Skyrim to get a bit more violent. Just have a look at the video above if you need proof of that.

We’re still waiting on word from Bethesda as to when to expect DLC for the RPG, but this latest update should spice things up a bit for console players.
