Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time Heading to PS Vita

by | @AttackFanboy | on May 18, 2012

Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will pick up where Sly 3 left things, and was announced for the PlayStation 3 some time ago.  Last night, Sony announced that the game will release on the PS Vita on the same day this fall.  According to a post by Glen Egan of Sanzaru Games on the PlayStation Blog, the game will have plenty of “Vita specific features” when it launches.

“The portable version will contain all the same awesome Sly Cooper action you will find on the PS3 along with cool Vita-specific features that incorporate the front and rear touchscreens and motion controls,” says Egan.  “The game will also feature cross-save capability, so you’ll be able to save the game from either machine and then pick up right where you left off – whether at home or on the go.”

Egan said to expect an official release date “very soon”.
