Star Fox Zero is scheduled for release in just a few weeks after a few different delays, with it looking like one of the Wii U’s last major first party titles. As the launch is fast approaching, the official Nintendo UK website has been updated with specifics about Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard, which has also revealed their file sizes.
The Wii U itself has certainly had a wide range of different digital game file sizes, ranging from under 2 GB like Super Mario 3D World to as big as 25+ GB for Xenoblade Chronicles X. Star Fox Zero is definitely not on the higher end, but it still comes in a size comparable to a number of other Wii U titles.
According to the Nintendo UK website, Star Fox Zero is going to be 7514.10 MB in its digital form on the eShop. Star Fox Guard, which will be sold separately on the eShop will be a good bit smaller at 2329.41 MB.
While these sizes have been listed on the official Nintendo UK website, it is possible that is not the exact final numbers. However, it is very likely that it is at least pretty close to this.
Star Fox Zero & Star Fox Guard will be releasing on April 22 exclusively for Wii U, with the two coming bundled in one physical package for those looking to buy the game in retail.
