Telltale partnering with Marvel for game series due to arrive in ’17

Telltale games has recently announced that they will be partnering with Marvel Entertainment to develop a new game series due for release in 2017.  Telltale’s announcement was short and sweet on the developer website.

“We’re excited to reveal an all-new partnership with the incredible team at Marvel Entertainment.  We’ll be teaming up on the development of an upcoming Telltale game series project set to premiere in 2017!  As always stay tuned here for the latest news and details on this and all of our projects as they become available,” reads the announcement.

This partnership with Marvel is just another big project that Telltale has in the pipeline.  Minecraft, Borderlands, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, and now Marvel are all due the Telltale treatment going forward.

Telltale fans are obviously excited about this partnership, though no details have been made available in regards to what character(s) of the Marvel Universe will be included.
