Late last year, developers Resonair and Monstars and publisher Enhance Games released Tetris Effect, a new version of the classic puzzle game featuring entrancing visuals and music. The game was released on PlayStation 4 with PS VR capabilities, and now it is set to come to PC as well.

Enhance Games recently announced that Tetris Effect will be coming to PC via the Epic Games Store on July 23. The PC version of the game will also be VR compatible, through use of the Oculus Rift or HTC VIVE headsets. This PC version will be able to run at 4K resolutions and will have ultra-wide monitor support. This version will also allow players to adjust particle and texture options, something that the PS4 version of the game doesn’t do.

Tetris Effect is one of the best ways to play the classic puzzle game, with immersive visuals and music that add to the experience in ways the player never even knew they needed. The game has many different stages, each with their own visuals and music, as well as several modes to play through. This iteration of Tetris also includes an optional new mechanic called the “Zone,” which adds another layer of strategy to the classic formula.
