The Halo series is no stranger to excellent collector’s editions. Ever since Halo kicked things off with a cool steelbook release, the series has featured some of the biggest and best collector’s editions in gaming. Halo 5: Guardians looks to be no different with a set of special releases, including the Limited Collector’s Edition that features a Master Chief statue.
However, that isn’t the best special edition that is out there for Halo 5: Guardians. That honor goes to this, the Halo 5 Guardians Limited Collector’s Edition – Pink Mist Edition. Exclusive to Game.co.uk, the set comes with the same contents of the Limited Collector’s Edition, massive statue and all, but it throws in an extra twist.
Priced at around $700, or £449.99, this version of Halo 5: Guardians comes with an exclusive Needler replica. At 29″ across and 10″ tall, the Needler replica is totally life size. It also features LEDs and authentic in-game sound, combined with moving needles to create that truly authentic Halo experience.
The question now is, will this amazing piece of gaming memorabilia make its way to other countries. With the seemingly high quality it would only make sense. It took a lot of time, effort, and money to get this thing made, to only make it available at one store in the UK doesn’t really make sense.
Hopefully we find out soon as Halo 5: Guardians hits Xbox One on October 27th.
