The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is jam packed with content right out of the box and even if you don’t have the expansion pass, it looks like fans will continue to receive more content as the weeks go on.
The announcement was made via The Witcher Twitter account. Fans will be able to download two new packs this week. One will be a new armor set for Geralt of Rivia dubbed the Skellige Armor Set. The next is slightly more substantial as it is a new contract quest, Skellige’s Most Wanted. The two DLC packs will be completely free to everyone as apart of CD Projekt Red’s promise to deliver content past release for everyone, even if they did not purchase the expansion pass. Even though it seems like it is worth it, given all the content that has already been given for free.
No word on when exactly this week the content will hit, but considering it is Tuesday and it is no where to be found on the PSN store right now, it seems fans will have to wait at least another day or two for it to arrive. At least we have the previous free content updates to keep us busy in the massive world that is The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
