Publisher EuroVideo Medien has just announced that it is teaming up with the Bulgaria based developer Haemimont Games to release a brand new action-RPG.
Haemimont Games is the creative team behind the Tropico and Omerta titles, so their upcoming game Victor Vran is a leap into a new genre. For the studios first ever action role play game the developers have said aside from designing a great game they are aiming to “put the ‘action’ back in the action-RPG genre”.
CEO and founder of Haemimont Games, Gabriel Dobrev, revealed that by adding “a broad range of equipment and special moves that drastically change combat, along with a simple, but game-changing, jumping mechanic”, Victor Vran will offer something new to gamers. The game has been shown off previously behind closed doors at last year’s Gamescom but with today’s unveiling all can now see what the game will offer.
Filled with everything from fate cards to demons that need slaying, Victor Vran will allow both single and cooperative play. Before full release the game will be released on Steam Early Access. At this point players will be able to purchase and play the game, taking part in development by giving feedback that can shape the game’s design.
