Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was one of the most hyped games for 2015, but it was recently pushed back to 2016. Regardless, that doesn’t mean we won’t be hearing anything about the game, especially the closer to E3 we get. The latest tease for the game comes from the most unlikely of sources, an Oscar nominated producer that got to visit Naughty Dog.
Megan Ellison, Oscar nominated film producer for Best Picture nominees like American Hustle, Her, and Zero Dark Thirty, took a visit to Naughty Dog and took to Twitter with the following message after the fact:
- Just left @Naughty_Dog where I got to play a little UNCHARTED 4. Gorgeous gameplay. Epic worlds. I cannot wait for full immersion next year.
Coming from Naughty Dog, there is no doubt that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be one of the defining games for not only the PlayStation 4, but this generation as a whole. Ellison’s comments are extremely vague, but it still is telling that she felt strongly enough about her experience to post it on Twitter right after. The wording of “Epic worlds” is kind of strange, but I assume she means the different environments throughout the game. Regardless, we still have a long time to go until we see the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on Playstation 4 sometime in 2016.
