Back at last year’s E3, Microsoft featured CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in it conference and the message was clear. Much like Sony with Destiny, this game was going to be a big deal. At the time, some wondered if Microsoft would have exclusive rights to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt or at the minimum, some form of timed exclusivity. Speaking to Eurogamer, CD Projekt Red co-founder Marcin Iwinski said there will be “no exclusive content for any platform”.

As Iwinski explained, “We are treating all gamers equally. We’ll not deliver exclusive content to any of the platforms, nor will we artificially delay release of the game on any of the platforms because somebody’s paying us money for that. It’s definitely against our values. We are not doing that.”

“What we are doing in terms of marketing cooperation,” he added, “you’ll see that at E3.”
