If you are buying WWE 2K17 today, you have to know that game has a big update patch that takes the version number to 1.01. It’s available on PS4 and Xbox One.
Update patch 1.01 for WWE 2K17 on PS4 and Xbox One clocks in at around 11 GB. The main file size for the game is already 45 GB, so this update patch is going to take the size up to 56 GB or more.
Sadly, no patch notes have been released for the update just yet. 2K Games just notes that minor fixes and a stability update has been implemented. It’s possible patch notes will be revealed to us later this week if not sooner than that.
As of right now, people only notice that the patch has been released for PS4 and Xbox Owners. It’s unknown if PS3 or Xbox 360 owners are greeted to a huge update patch to download on day-one.
WWE 2K17 is the newest iteration of the long running wrestling series. It features the largest roster in franchise history and brings back features that were removed in more recent video games. The new names in the game include the likes of AJ Styles, Asuka and lots more.
