The first set of free games offered by Microsoft as part of the Xbox Live Games with Gold program for 2019 looks to impress with a recently released indie darling. WRC 6 FIA World Rally Championship on Xbox One
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on Xbox 360
Far Cry 2 on Xbox 360

Of course, both Xbox 360 games will be playable on Xbox One through backward compatibility. Celeste has been a huge critical hit, garnering praise and awards from across the gaming spectrum. The challenging platformer is a nice addition for this program, as it is likely a game that many have missed. The rest of the titles offer a nice spread of genre, with racing and action combining to cover most fans needs.

Make sure to grab these while they are available. Celeste will be up for all of January, while WRC 6 will be offered from January 16th to February 15th. Lara Croft on 360 will be offered from Jan. 1-15, with Far Cry 2 taking over on the 16th until Jan. 31st.
