Michael Wolff says ‘bring it on’ to Trump’s lawsuit threat as he’s ready to unearth the ‘real nature’ of Trump’s ‘long relationship’ with Epstein

The public deserves to know.

Author Michael Wolff delivered a stunning challenge to President Trump, telling the president to “bring it on,” as per The Hill. This is after Trump threatened to file a lawsuit claiming Wolff conspired with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to hurt him politically. Wolff posted a video on Instagram where he highlighted exactly what a lawsuit would allow him to do.

The author stated that this legal action would give him the power to subpoena President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and all their associates to discuss the full scope of their relationship with Epstein. Wolff has the resources ready to go. He noted that he successfully raised a massive $800,000 in a GoFundMe campaign specifically to fund this lawsuit.

Wolff hasn’t been shy about his motivation, either. He believes the public deserves to know the depth of the connection between the president and the convicted sex offender. “I believe that if the American public knew the real nature of Donald Trump’s long relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, they would turn away in horror and revulsion,” Wolff said. “So, sue me. Let’s sue each other. I have nothing to hide, but Mr. President, you surely do.”

The public indeed deserves to know what kind of person their President is

The writer added that he woke up to find President Trump “had threatened to sue me. Again.” He believes this is the third or possibly fourth time the president has made such a threat. Wolff recalled a previous instance when the First Lady threatened to sue him after he reported she was part of Epstein’s social circle. Wolff ended up suing her back for intimidation, and he pointed out that the recently released emails confirm his original reporting was true.

The president’s latest threat came after he was asked about the release of 3 million pages of documents related to the Epstein case. President Trump responded by saying he would “probably sue” Wolff because the author “is a third-rate writer, was conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein to hurt me, politically or otherwise, and that came through loud and clear.”

The president has denied any wrongdoing regarding Epstein and his crimes, arguing that the final release of the Department of Justice’s files related to Epstein “absolve” him entirely. Wolff, however, sees the situation differently and admits he was actively trying to get Epstein to talk. “And yes, I tried to encourage Jeffrey Epstein in any way I knew how to come forward with what he knew about Donald Trump,” Wolff added, noting that “Epstein had started to do that.”

Wolff recounted that he emailed Epstein back in 2015, before the presidential campaign even ramped up, specifically trying to push Epstein to go public with what he knew. He described Epstein as an “enormously valuable source” to him at that time. Other released emails show exchanges between Epstein, Wolff, and Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, where Epstein claimed Trump “knew about the girls.”
