Black Card casino member returns to her favorite spot after a decade of loyalty, but what happens next leaves her ‘mind blown’ and banned

Black Card status means nothing, apparently.

A Pittsburgh woman says her favorite casino turned on her after ten years of loyalty. Tawnya Snyder, who goes by “Your Empowered Bestie for the Restie” online, shared her story in a TikTok video that got nearly 10,000 views. She says Rivers Casino Pittsburgh staff treated her and her husband badly despite being high-level members.

According to Bro Bible, Snyder says the casino means a lot to her. She met her husband there, held events, stayed at the hotel, and ate at their restaurants. The couple are Black Card holders in the casino’s “Rush Rewards” program for big spenders. She expected better treatment because of this status.

Instead, Snyder claims staff were rude and unhelpful multiple times. She noticed her friends getting better rewards while her own perks didn’t match what she was promised. This happened over and over again, she says.

The situation went from bad to worse quickly

Things got serious when a server told Snyder to enter a VIP area to fix a card problem. The host allegedly sent her away without any help. The next day, a Rivers Casino representative called her. She says he was very rude and told her she wasn’t allowed in that room. He also said security had been warned about her.

Snyder tried to explain she just wanted to ask a question. But she says the representative threatened her again and repeated that security was watching. Despite this, she went back to pick up a free gift and had more card issues.

The same representative called again, but not to apologize. Instead, he told her she wasn’t welcome at the casino anymore. Like a hunter who couldn’t walk away from danger, Snyder found herself in a tense situation she didn’t expect.

The couple got invitations to a New Year’s Eve party at the casino. They decided to bring Snyder’s parents to celebrate. Before the event, they returned for a meal but had another card problem. They explained everything to a different casino representative. He said both sides were at fault and banned them from the casino for 30 days.

The representative asked them to sign a legal paper saying they could face criminal charges if they came back during the ban. Snyder refused to sign. A Rivers Casino spokesperson told BroBible they cannot comment on specific guests. Knowing how to handle dangerous situations properly can make all the difference in unexpected circumstances.

Some viewers told Snyder to contact the gaming commission or Better Business Bureau. “demand to speak to a higher up or send an email to corporation,” one person wrote.

Others suggested she take her Black Card to another casino that would match her rewards. One commenter said no guest deserves that kind of treatment, whether they’re a Black Card member or visiting for the first time.
