She was shocked that the seat didn’t even have a screen on the back for entertainment in 2025.
In her TikTok video caption, Bella explained that the flight had no seatback screen and passengers had to pay for wifi. According to Bro Bible, she said the food was okay, and the flight attendants were nice, but the seats looked really outdated. For someone paying extra money for first class, the experience didn’t match the price tag.
Many travelers expect certain things when they pay for first class tickets. According to Travel + Leisure, passengers usually get more legroom, priority boarding, extra space for bags, and better food and drinks. But what you actually get can be very different depending on the plane size and whether the flight is domestic or international.
United’s first class promises don’t always match reality
United Airlines advertises several perks for first-class passengers. Before boarding, travelers get special security lanes, priority check-in, and faster bag handling. Once on the plane, they get padded seats with extra legroom and more space to recline. First-class passengers also get free alcoholic drinks no matter how long the flight is. However, the airline doesn’t promise entertainment screens in every first-class seat.
