A Mexican mom posted ‘not everyone knows my nasty side’ on TikTok, and hours later prosecutors say she killed her partner and 3 sons

Cinthia Abigail Tamez Rivera, a 33-year-old who operated as a wannabe influencer, reportedly killed her partner and three sons in a murder-suicide. Prosecutors confirmed that the events took place in Montemorelos, Mexico, where Tamez first attacked her family at home before ending her own life in her vehicle.

As reported by the NY Post, the tragedy began when Tamez fatally shot her partner, 28-year-old Leodegario Moya, along with two of her sons, 12-year-old Christian and 11-year-old Bruno. Attorney General Javier Flores Saldivar reported that Tamez then left the residence with her youngest son, 2-year-old Gustavo.

She reportedly later killed the toddler and took her own life inside her Jeep. Authorities discovered a .38 caliber pistol inside the car, and ballistics testing confirmed that the shell casings found at the scene of her death matched those recovered from the home where the other victims were found.

Authorities are investigating her social media posts

Investigators are now scrutinizing Tamez’s social media activity, specifically a video posted to TikTok just hours before the incident. The post featured Tamez inside a moving car and included the caption, “Not everyone knows my nasty side.” She also wrote, “I’d burn down my own house just to watch my neighbour’s go up in flames, even knowing I’d get f*** over too.”

In another post, she wrote, “I can take it, but I can give it back twice as hard, so don’t think I give a f*** – I can be twice as much of a c*** as you.” A different social media update stated, “I’m probably just as much of a piece of s*** as you, or even worse, but I never screw someone over unless they’ve screwed me over first.”

Beyond her online presence, Tamez was involved in various business activities. She was reportedly engaged in lending money and participated in the buying and selling of items such as cell phones, chains, watches, and cars.

Authorities are currently looking into whether these financial dealings played any role in the events that led to the deaths. Investigators are working to determine if there is a direct link between her business schemes and the final actions she took against her family.
