DICE has released a brand new video detailing the Battlelog 2.0 system for Battlefield 4. Â The stat tracking and career management tools from the original Battlelog return with a lot of added enhancements. Â Players will still be able to track their stats, organize friends and loadouts, but tablet and mobile device support is front and center in the new system.
Battlefield 4 players can now use tablets and mobile devices as a mini-map. Â Waypoints and markers can be input on the tablet, and they’ll show up in the game. Â Players can also use tablets and mobile devices to switch servers, change loadouts, find friends, all without lifting a finger in the actual game client.
Battlelog 2.0 will also introduce missions. Â These missions are small challenges between friends to score the most points in certain objectives. Want to see who among your friends is the best tank driver, most accurate sniper? Â You can do this with the new missions feature.
