As we reported earlier this month, it seems that the hinted information regarding the inclusion of Big Hero 6 characters in Disney Infinity 2.0 turned out to be true.

Disney Infinity 2.0 has released some video of the characters in action along with photos. They seem to look pretty cool and very detailed as far as Disney Infinity figures go. The official synopsis of each character is below;

  • Hiro: From the heart of San Fransokyo into Toy Box 2.0 comes the brilliant robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who created “Big Hero 6.” The inventor of mind-controlled microbots uses his brain as his most powerful weapon.
  • Baymax:  There is no robot better suited for the Disney Infinity Toy Box 2.0 than the plus-sized inflatable Baymax. While this robot might have a huggable side, he definitely packs a hard armor shell. His Kung Fu fighting moves can ward off even the fiercest of enemies. His rocket fist, super strength and thrusters are unmatched.

Overall, they sound pretty bad-ass, but I guess at this point you are wondering what they will look like in action. Well, then glad you asked here is the video reveal of the characters in action in Disney Infinity 2.0.

On top of the two characters a Big Hero 6 themed power disc will also be made available. The Chem Capsule Power Disc will allow players to ‘create a cloud of frost to stop enemies in their tracks’. Also sounds bad-ass. This is one duo that I will personally be adding to my Disney Infinity collection.

Disney Infinity 2.0 is set to release on Xbox 360PlayStation 3Wii U, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4Xbox One, Windows PC and iOS on September 23rd.
