Bungie has just posted a new trailer for their upcoming open world epic, Destiny, which can be seen above.
They teased yesterday that they’d have something big to share today after recently revealing the cover art for the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game. The trailer itself consists of lots of impressive cinematography, mixing in gameplay from multiple angles including first-person view. The gameplay includes new enemies and weapons, whilst also showing off powers and melee attacks.
Perhaps most interestingly, at the end of the trailer, a message reads; “Preorder for Beta Access.” Gaming websites like IGN covered this news earlier today, though it was unofficially broken by Amazon, rather than an official reveal by Bungie or Activision. Bungie have run public betas in the past, though they’ve been included with other retail titles.
It appears that beta access will start from early 2014, while Destiny has an unannounced release date for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3, sometime in 2014.
