Disney Infinity 2.0 is set to release this September but that doesn’t mean they can’t still announce more characters for the upcoming release.
This morning fans were caught by surprised when Donald Duck was announced for Disney Infinity 2.0. According to the tentative box art he will be apart of what is called a ‘Disney Originals’ line of characters that will be available in Disney Infinity.
The trailer that has been released for Donald Duck showcases him as an underdog hero and features him wearing some famous garb such as his Three Musketeers outfit. It also showcases him facing off the also announced Maleficent. Fans will likely be as rabid for Donald as they were for Sorcerer Mickey. Check out the trailer below.
Disney Infinity 2.0 is set to release September 18th & 19th in Europe & UK respectively and the following week on September 23rd in North America for Xbox One, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U, and PC.
