The latest trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us introduces Doomsday, but fans of the DC Universe will need no further explanation. This super-villain made a name for himself as the killer of Superman in mid-nineties, and is returning to put the smack-down on the heroes and villains of the upcoming fighter.
Netherrealm has made multiple attempts at jumping into the DC Universe with their fighters over the years, mostly tied to Mortal Kombat cross-over events. This new fighter focuses soley on the DC Universe, already showing some impressive destructive environments and character specific cinematic events.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is due out on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U in April.
