Square Enix Japan has released two new trailers for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX showcasing the game’s many visual improvements.

Kingdom Hearts 2 was originally released for the PS2 back in 2006. It was well received, although Square Enix never really worked on Kingdom Hearts 3 until now. In the meantime, they released spinoff games such as Birth By Sleep which is also part of the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX package.

Both videos that have been released for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX takes a good look at the game and its graphical upgrades. They are both at a generous 6 minutes long so there’s a lot you can view. Needless to say, the PS3 is able to make the game look brighter and smoother than before.

It’s worth mentioning this is an upload by Square Enix Japan so don’t be alarmed by the Japanese audio. The Western release of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will have the English audio as you remembered from eight years ago.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will be released December 2nd in North America and December 5th in Europe. The Australian and New Zealand release is in between coming out on December 4th. The game is exclusive only to the PS3.
