Naughty Dog has released a new exclusive trailer for The Last of Us. This extended edition used during a television commercial during The Walking Dead Season Finale digs deeper and shows some of the mature themes found in The Last of Us.
20 years after a pandemic has radically decimated civilization, infected humans stalk the land while survivors are fending off these monstrocities while fighting each other for what scraps remain in the crumbling world. Joel, a violent survivor, is hired to smuggle a 14 year-old girl, Ellie, out of an oppressive military quarantine zone, but what starts as a small job soon transforms into a brutal journey across the U.S.
The Last of Us is slated for release on June 14th, 2013, exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
