Square Enix has now shared a music video that is a new song used in Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

As reported by Nova Crystallis, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD’s soundtrack is getting an overhaul. This is similar to how the music was altered for the release of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD as well.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD’s composer, Takeharu Ishimoto, remastered much of the original soundtrack and also recorded new pieces of vocal music too.

The new song that Square Enix uploaded is called “UTAKATA”. This means Transience in english. The song was composed by Takeharu Ishimoto and is sung by ChriS Ito. She also wrote the lyrics of the song too. It’s sung in Japanese, but the song itself still sounds pretty neat.

The song will be available on the Final Fantasy Type-0 HD soundtrack which will be due out in Japan on March 25th. The music video itself doesn’t show any gameplay from the game sadly. It’s still worth listening to though.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD the game will be released on March 17th in North America and March 20th in Europe. It will be available for the PS4 and Xbox One. Buyers of the game will also get exclusive access to the Final Fantasy XV demo too.
