‘Hamas Is Going To Be Obliterated’: JD Vance’s New Peace Center Speech Had One Terrifying Message

Vance just told Hamas exactly what's coming if they mess this up.

Vice President JD Vance gave a harsh warning to Hamas on Tuesday while visiting the newly opened Civilian Military Cooperation Center in Israel. The center plays a big role in making the recent Gaza ceasefire agreement work.

As per Fox News, Vance talked to reporters at the CMCC and explained what President Trump’s 20 point peace plan says. Hamas must give up their weapons and stop attacking both Israelis and Palestinians. Fighters can get forgiveness under the deal, but they cannot keep attacking people. The plan has support from Israel and America’s friends in the Gulf Arab countries.

Vance then warned Hamas about what will happen if they do not follow the deal. “Right now, where I stand, I feel confident that we’re going to be in a place where this peace lasts, where it’s durable, and if Hamas doesn’t cooperate, then, as the United States has said, Hamas is going to be obliterated,” the vice president said.

Trump Has Been Saying The Same Thing For Days

What Vance said matches what President Trump has been saying lately. On Monday, Trump met with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and told reporters that Hamas would be wiped out if they break the ceasefire agreement. Trump said the response would be fast, furious and brutal.

Vance also called out the media for how they cover the ceasefire. He said reporters seem to want the peace deal to fail. The vice president said that just because there is some violence does not mean the whole deal is over. He pointed out that when groups have been fighting each other for so long, there will be problems along the way.

Still, Vance would not say exactly when Hamas needs to give up their weapons. He said Trump has not set a hard deadline because a lot of this is hard to predict. But he made it clear that bad things will happen if Hamas does not do what they agreed to do.

The opening of the CMCC is a big step in making the peace deal real. Navy Admiral Brad Cooper, who leads CENTCOM, said 200 American soldiers are now working at the center. Jared Kushner was also there and talked about plans to rebuild Gaza and how the United Nations and Israel are working together to get aid to people.

Before Vance got to Israel, some hostages who were freed as part of the deal met with US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Kushner. The freed hostages thanked the Trump team for making their freedom a top goal after being held for more than two years. Witkoff said the meeting was emotional and that the freed hostages looked strong, not broken.

At the end of his speech, Vance asked people who believe in God to pray for peace in the region. He said he feels sure that with prayers, help from above and a good team, they will get the job done.
