Adventure Time and LittleBigPlanet 3 fans have something to celebrate as this week marks the release of the DLC that brings the two universes together.
The announcement was seen earlier via the PlayStation Blog that LittleBigPlanet 3 has received not only an Adventure Time level kit but also costumes for characters who appear on the popular show. The level kit features one playable Gallery level and the following for use in creation for $4.99;
- 16 Materials, 4 Objects, 25 Decorations, 81 Stickers to design with!
- 2 Original Music tracks (“A Blip and a Bubble”, “Manlorette Party”), 1 Interactive Music track (“Zombie Loop”) and 3 Cinematic Stingers (“Tragedy of Jake”, “Level 1″ and “Distortion Dirge”) by original Adventure Time composer, Tim Kiefer.

- A Bonus Fionna Costume
The Adventure Time Costume Pack includes Finn, Jake, Ice King, Gunter, and The Cosmic Owl for $5.99 or you can purchase them individually for $1.99. Check out the video below that showcases the DLC in action on LittleBigPlanet 3.
It looks pretty cool and I am sure fans of both LittleBigPlanet 3 and Adventure Time will find something to enjoy in this new content. It’s great that the developers are constantly adding content to the game even months after release, just like all the LittleBigPlanet titles before it.
