It looks like Ubisoft is set to release update patch 1.02 for Tom Clancy’s The Division next week. This will be the first big update since the day one patch that came out on release day.

Ubisoft posted on its official blog recently: “The game has just been released but we already have a new update so you can immerse yourself in it. This will be available next week, stay tuned for more information that will be released very soon.”

The update patch in question will probably focus on the Dark Zone which is an important area of the game. It contains rare loot and is also an area where gamers are able to fight with one another.

Since The Division is an always online video game, there are many areas that need to be fixed in order to make it a smooth experience for all players. The game had a rough launch thanks to its servers, though things have improved from then on.

We don’t have any other specific information about the next The Division update, but we’ll be sure to alert you more about it next week when Ubisoft reveals more details about it.
