Hasbro mentioned late last year that Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens toys will be released in waves. In order to avoid spoilers, they kept some toys hidden. Here are some characters left to have an action figure for the new movie.
It’s worth mentioning spoilers will be discussed here. If you are one of the few people in the world that have not seen Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens yet, click away. For everyone else, you might know the characters that are in need of a toy.
Luke Skywalker:Â The only toys that Hasbro has released recently are the young versions of Luke Skywalker. This is cool and all, but they have not released a figure of him on how he appears in The Force Awakens. I’m sure many collectors out there would love to get the older Luke that resembles Obi Wan Kenobi. They can recreate the end of the movie where Rey gives him his old lightsaber back at the first Jedi temple.
General Leia:Â The only General Leia toy that I have seen so far was part of a Lego set. To my knowledge, Hasbro has not released a Black Series or 3.75 inch figure of General Leia yet. There are many Princess Leia toys out there, but not of the older character that we see in The Force Awakens.
Supreme Leader Snoke:Â Snoke only appears in hologram form in the new movie, but he’s still a sight to behold. It would be cool if we get an action figure of some sort complete with the seat that he sits on. Disney released official photos of the character recently so many people already know what he looks like now. A toy should hopefully come soon.
Maz Kanata:Â Maz Kanata is in the same category as General Leia. Â I’ve seen her as part of a Lego set, but nothing else. It might not be likely she’ll get a Black Series figure, but the 3.75 inch line should do. Hasbro has made toys of insignificant characters like Constable Zuvio, Guavian Enforcers and more. Hopefully they release a toy for Maz Kanata as she is actually one of the more important characters that will be a part of the new Star Wars trilogy.
Kylo Ren (Unmasked):Â There are many Kylo Ren figures out there, but all of them has his mask on. We know from Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens that he is actually Ben Solo who is the son of Han and Leia. The character had an exciting lightsaber fight with Rey and Finn without the mask at the end of the movie. He also famously killed Han Solo with his mask off. I’m pretty sure many toy collectors would like to recreate these scenes if an unmasked Kylo Ren figure is released soon.
