Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is still 10 months away, but we honestly have seen very little of it in comparison to Suicide Squad that releases months later. While Suicide Squad has had set pictures and videos captured constantly, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been kept extremely under wraps, with only a few promo images and a teaser trailer released so far. Wonder Woman is one character we’ve only seen so far in the initial promo images and now we have another look through supposed illustrated promo art of Gal Gadot in the actual costume.
This latest image as seen on the right comes courtesy of El Mayimbe, formerly of Latino Review, who has been gradually releasing new information and promo art. A couple weeks ago we got promo art of the fight scene between Superman and Batman, but this is just a statuesque image of Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman.
You can definitely see more color in this image, with Wonder Woman having her trusty sword and shield by her side as well. Her Lasso of Truth can also be seen hanging from her waist, but we’ll have to wait and see if the truth elements will be implemented in the eventual movie.
It is rather disappointing that this is the only way we can get some sort of semblance of what Gal Gadot will look like in the costume in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice outside of the initial teaser image, but hopefully Comic Con will give us a much better look in a couple months.
