Suicide Squad Trailer Leaks After Comic-Con Panel

Suicide Squad may not be the next movie in the DC Cinematic Universe, with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice up next in March, but for many it is just as anticipated. Just like Batman v Superman, Suicide Squad got a lengthy trailer at Comic-Con, but sadly an official version has not been released yet.

We typically do not get official releases of trailers from Comic-Con, but with the Batman v Superman getting one earlier, I was hoping we’d get the same here. Instead, we have to rely on those that took video of it themselves during the panel.

Within this trailer, we see pretty much everyone that has been announced for the movie, including Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), and even the much awaited Joker (Jared Leto).

The trailer starts off with Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) explaining just what the Suicide Squad is and why they are needed. It then transitions to kind of somber with some sad music while showing various characters in their cell. We then get to see them out in action, with characters like Harley looking fantastic.

We even get to see a glimpse of Batman on top of a car, as we saw previously in leaked set pictures, with the trailer all ending by showing off Leto’s Joker. He has the very controversial look that we saw previously, but it looks like he will absolutely kill this role if this trailer is any indication, with the line “I’m not going to kill you. I’m just going to hurt you really, really bad.”

Hopefully we can still get an official trailer soon, but for the time being you will just have to check out the off-screen capture of the trailer, which you can check out here.
