Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is still getting updated by Ubisoft a year after its initial release, though this latest update was one that many did not see coming. The game’s latest update has added PlayStation 4 Pro support to the game, which is a move that Ubisoft had not previously announced.
This was done through update 1.5 for the game, though the only thing we know so far is that it adds 4K support to the game. The thread on NeoGAF has been updated several times by the original person who spotted the 4K update, though there has been some mixed reports regarding whether this actually makes the game look better or worse at the current time.
We’re going to have to wait for more information from Ubisoft on the details of this patch, and if whether or not the initial problems reported are widespread or not. You can check out the NeoGAF thread by clicking right here.
While there is no new main Assassin’s Creed game launching this year, Ubisoft did recently release Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio collection that remastered earlier games in the series. You can check out our review of the collection by clicking right here.
