Marvel Studios has now announced the official release date for Captain America: Civil War on Blu-ray. Much like many other big movies, it will come out digitally at a much earlier date.
Marvel Studios announced on the official website that Captain America: Civil War comes to Blu-ray and DVD on September 13th. You can get the movie digitally on September 2nd.
The special features are: “United We Stand, Divided We Fall – The Making of Captain America: Civil War Part 1 & Part 2, Captain America: The Road to Civil War, Iron Man: The Road to Civil War, Gag Reel, Deleted & Extended Scenes, Audio Commentary and Open Your Mind: Marvel’s “Doctor Strange” – Exclusive Sneak Peek”
Bear in mind, if you want the special features, do not buy it on DVD. The DVD just includes the movie itself and nothing else. Not to mention some retailers will have exclusive features of their own.
Captain America: Civil War is so far the highest grossing movie of 2016. It has earned over 1.1 billion dollars at the Box Office. It was also received well by both fans and critics alike. The film has an approval rating of 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
