Don’t Starve will be making it’s way onto the PlayStation 4 today. Developed and Published by Klei Entertainment, and Candadian Indie studio,  the open-world survival horror game has been available on Steam for about 9 months. PS4 users will get to play it on their consoles from today (07/01/2014), and if you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you will be able to get it for free.

Below is a short synopsis of the game from PlayStation’s blog page, followed by the game’s official trailer, found on Sony’s website;

“Don’t Starve is an uncompromising, randomly-generated survival game where you must help the Gentleman Scientist Wilson endure the harsh (likely demonic) environment for as long as possible. Gather food, craft tools, construct shelter, and hunt unlikely foes with a brutal challenge at every footfall.”

If you aren’t a PS4 owner, the above link lists 3 other games coming to Sony platforms. ‘Tiny Brains’ and ‘Twisted Lands: Shadow Town’ (+ Demo) for PS3 and Streetkix: Freestyle for PS Vita are also heading to PSN today. Finally, DMC Devil May Cry is now available for free to PS+ users too. For more on that, and other PlayStation plus deals, check out this blog post.
