ThisGenGaming spotted some new Xbox 360 games that haven’t been announced yet to be compatible for Xbox One.
The new Xbox 360 games that will be backwards compatible to Xbox One includes: Halo 3, Halo Reach, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Wars, Fable II, Borderlands, Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Alan Wake and Shadow Complex.
The previous list of compatible games are: A Kingdom for Keflings, A World of Keflings, Alien Hominid HD, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, BattleBlock Theater, Defense Grid, Geometry Wars Evolved, Hexic HD, Jetpac Refuelled, Kameo, Mass Effect, N+, Perfect Dark, Perfect Dark Zero, Small Arms, Super Meat Boy, Toy Soldiers, Toy Soldiers: Cold War, Viva Piñata, Viva Piñata: TIP and Zuma.
So far, this won’t be the full list of Xbox 360 games that will be backwards compatible for Xbox One later this year. Microsoft promised at least over 100 titles will be compatible before the end of the year.
Xbox One preview members will be able to play Xbox 360 games already. The rest of us have to wait until Holiday 2015. Anyway, it’s great backwards compatibility has been added. You can now take screenshots and broadcast your fave Xbox 360 games via Xbox One.
