Bethesda confirms there was no secret showing of Fallout 4 at E3

Despite reports that Fallout 4 was secretly shown at E3 2013, Bethesda has today confirmed that this is false.  An elaborately faked report from Bubble News claimed to have details about the new game that was allegedly shown to select media.  Unfortunately for Fallout fans, details aren’t on the way for the highly-anticipated title.

As we reported yesterday, Bethesda confirms what they showed at E3.  “We showed three games at E3 – Wolfenstein: The New Order, The Elder Scrolls Online and The Evil Within.  We did not show any of our games behind closed doors.”

Does this mean that Bethesda has no plans for the Fallout franchise going forward?  No, but as far as a secret E3 reveal, it looks like the rumors were completely untrue.
