What appears to be the first reveal of box art for Far Cry 5 has been released by Ubisoft and it allows us to gleen a little bit more information about the game.  While there has been some talk that the game may be set in the Old West, this does not appear to be the case.  The most recently released trailer all but confirmed that, but this latest image for the game gives us a little more insight about what to expect from Far Cry 5.

As you can see in the full image aside, you have what appears to be some sort of cult,  with a prisoner kneeling before what appears to be the leader of the cult at a table with his followers.  Scrawled on the back of the prisoner is the word sinner, which could mean that the game has religious undertones.

We do know that the game is going to be set in Montana, and as things start to shape up for Far Cry 5 we’d can probably assume that the guy at the center of the table is going to be the main antagonist for the game.  Far Cry games have been trotting out eccentric baddies for the last few games in the series, and this is likely our first glance at him.

If you missed the live action teaser for Far Cry 5, you can check that out here.  A world wide reveal for Far Cry 5 is coming on May 26th.
