God of War PS4 is one of the most anticipated sequels in recent memory ever since it was announced at E3 2016. The director has talked more about the game via Twitter this week.
God of War PS4’s director, Cory Barlog, was very active on Twitter answering people’s questions about the highly anticipated game. He feels the combat is fun and satisfying.
He said the game will still have fast-paced action. He also said: “The combat in this game is going to be satisfying as hell to play“. If you didn’t like what you saw at E3, Barlog did mention that the new combat system is being heavily developed and adapted until the game is ready for launch.
In terms of the game’s development, it sounds like the team is doing long nights and are getting stressed about it. Barlog said he hasn’t had much sleep lately, but it’s important to get the game done to avoid a long delay.
God of War PS4 is expected to be out in Fall 2017. Hopefully the game meets its original target as a lot of Sony exclusives have had to be delayed. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End missed its Fall 2015 date and Gran Turismo Sport is delayed until early 2017.
