While we learned earlier this month that Grand Theft Auto 5 would be getting biker DLC, the developer has now announced the release date for when it will go live. The content update will be available on October 4th, which will add in underground motorcycle clubs along with new competitive and cooperative game modes.
This new DLC will allow players to join up with 8 other people to start a club, with players having different roles within the club to choose from. People in the club will be able to interact with a new biker mechanic, though Rockstar has not yet detailed how this works.
Despite the game being several years old, Grand Theft Auto 5 continues to sell very well to this day. It was recently revealed that the game was able to reach the top of the monthly NPD charts in July, which is a spot it has been in many times before.
More information on this DLC will be coming closer to its October 4th launch, so be sure to stay tuned for when that is released. Grand Theft Auto 5 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
