For a few days now, NBA 2K17 players on PS4 and Xbox One have been able to scan their face. Well PC players have not been left out because you guys will be able to do it very soon as well.
One of the community managers for the NBA 2K franchise, Chris Manning, tweeted out: “Great news PC users, you guys asked and we got you! PC users can use #MyNBA2K17’s mobile face scan starting 9/16 when #NBA2K17 is released!”
Scanning your face in NBA 2K17 can be a daunting task mainly because the app needs you to have decent lighting in order to capture your face. It’s best to try and scan your face when the sun it out. Unless of course you can illuminate your face with bright lights.
If you are going to play the game on PC, it’s best to launch it on your computer first before you decide to download the MYNBA2K17 app on your phone. This is because you cannot scan your face unless the app recognizes that you own NBA 2K17 already.
