Got any Halloween plans? I hope so because the next day will see a load of fresh new free games you can play on PS4 or Xbox One, if you’re a subscriber to their online service. Yes, another new month is on the horizon which means we get new sets of free games from both Microsoft and Sony. Both have now been announced so let’s break down the Games with Gold and PS Plus offerings for November 2019.

Starting off the Xbox Live Games with Gold, anyone who is a member will be able to download and play the following…

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter: Available November 1 to 30 on Xbox One
The Final Station: Available November 16 to December 15 on Xbox One
Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter: Available November 1 to 15 on Xbox One & Xbox 360
Joy Ride Turbo: Available November 16 to 30 on Xbox One & Xbox 360

A mixed bag of old and new, with a true classic in Star Wars: Jedi Fighter. You can read more about each of the games at the official announcement page, but you’ll certainly want to grab them while they’re free either way.

Now let’s take a look at Sony’s PS Plus free games for November. Nioh is described as “a visceral, action-driven adventure where you must hone your skills, upgrade your weapons and demonstrate perseverance and mastery in besting some of ancient Japan’s fiercest demons.” Meanwhile you can also grab the survival horror game Outlast 2. “Immerse yourself in a desperate fight for survival in an isolated rural community as you attempt to rescue your kidnapped wife from the clutches of a deranged cult. Having narrowly escaped death in a helicopter crash, set out into the rundown village of Temple Gate and do your best to avoid its crazed inhabitants as you fight to locate your partner.”

As usual, be sure to add these to your account even if you won’t be playing them right away.
