The Hobbit collides with Guardians of Middle Earth

The first wave of downloadable content for Guardians of Middle Earth has arrived with two characters from the recently released motion picture, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Bilbo Baggins and Bert the Troll are now available for the MOBA, and it looks like Monolith addressed one of the concerns we voiced in our review of the game.

Guardians of Middle Earth players can also download a new Shire 3-Lane Map Skin for the game at no cost.

As with all of the Guardians in the game, these two new characters each bring something unique to the battlefield, with unlockable special moves and tactical powerups to utilize. These unique features can be found in the video below.
