The Just Dance franchise has become one of Ubisoft’s annual franchises so it was no surprise to see the reveal of Just Dance 2016 during the Ubisoft E3 conference. The game has always utilized some sort of motion controller or camera, but now they have revealed you can just buy the game and play with no issues.

Just Dance 2016 will allow you to use your cell phone instead as the way to dance. There was a way to use it by putting it in your pocket last year, but now it works even better with native implementation into the game.

Ubisoft brought out pop star Jason Derulo to promote the game and gave mini-concert performance, but the main focus here is the game itself.

They also revealed that Just Dance 2016 will release in October 2016, which is just as expected based on past releases in the series. Hopefully we’ll get another solid song list, but no details were given on that, though Jason Derulo is expected to be included obviously.
